Our Guides
Our guides at The Sea Kayak Company are a group of experienced, qualified, friendly, young men and women. All of them are passionate about kayaking, and sharing one of New Zealand's special places. The Abel Tasman, with visitors from all over the planet.
A large percentage of our guides are certified through S.K.OA.N.Z or are working towards this qualification. The majority of our guides have additional qualifications in outdoor leadership, and are some of the most experienced in the park.
The Sea kayak Company guides also have comprehensive first aid training, boat masters certificate, training in weather forecasting and education in the history, ecology, and legends of the Abel Tasman National Park.
Most importantly our guides are fun, enjoy cooking, love people and will make your adventure in the Abel Tasman National Park a highlight of your New Zealand holiday.
