Onetahuti to Anchorage
Begin your day with a scenic water taxi ride. On the way north you will get your first view of our New zealand seals. At Onetahuti beach your hike begins. Head off (unguided) on your bush walk (2 hrs) It ends at Bark bay where your guided kayak trip begins.
Paddling out to the Pinnacle Islands you will have the opportunity to once again have encounters with our inquisitive fur seals. Tides permitting we will drift up Falls River, or paddle in Frenchman's lagoon. At historic Anchorage Bay we finish our kayak adventure and meet our water taxi captain for a fun ride back to Marahau.
This hike and paddle adventure is particularly suitable for families.
