2 Day - Astrolabe Guided Rental Combo
Marahau to Onetahuti: North bound.
Want to freedom Kayak but are uncertain if you have enough experience? Then consider a guided/rental "combo" trip with the emphasis on preparing you for Freedom Kayaking beyond day one. On your first day, an experienced guide will provide hands on paddling instruction, show you how to assess weather, and familiarize you with the coastline
Day 1: Join a guided trip departing Marahau where you will be given expert guidance for your freedom kayaking on day two. Camp (or ask us about houseboat stay).
Day 2: Freedom kayak from Anchorage northwards. Along the way you'll see tidal lagoons, awesome rock formations, and golden sand beaches and visit the Tonga Island seal colony. You will finish kayaking at Onetahuti Beach where you will be met by your water taxi to transport you and your kayak back to Marahau.
Prices:
$230.00 per person watertaxi transfers included
$300.00 per person houseboat stay (dorm room) dinner, bed, and breakfast.
$330.00 per person Houseboat stay (double cabin) dinner bed and breakfast
If you want to remain in the Park after the paddling is over and keep walking north NO problem.
